This system serves the Yanchang Oilfield and facilitates the reinjection treatment of fracturing flowback fluid. Fracturing flowback fluid is abbreviated as raw fluid. First, after oil separation, conditioning and sedimentation is carried out in the raw fluid tank, it is transported to the oil-water separator through a lift pump. The oil-water separator separates oil, water and grit through an internal flow structure, and separates waste oil. The oil pump is discharged to the waste oil storage tank, the water overflows into the pretreatment skid mixing tank, and the bottom sand is regularly sent to the filter press skid for treatment or temporary storage in the sewage tank through the transfer pump. If the original liquid contains less oil, it enters the oil-water separator and can be pretreated by adding suitable agents.

The liquid after oil-water separation treatment enters the mixing tank through overflow. The mixing tank is divided into two bins, each equipped with agitator. Three agents can be added separately or at the same time and stirred and mixed, mainly to achieve a flocculation effect. Good liquid can be transported into the air flotation tank by overflow or transfer pump

 

The air flotation tank is equipped with a dissolved air pump, a slag scraper and a conveying pump. The flocculated liquid in the mixing tank enters the air flotation tank, and the suspended solids and oil are floated to the upper part of the liquid layer by the slag scraper. In the storage bin at the end of the tank, it is transported to the filter press through a transfer pump for processing, and the sediment that sinks to the bottom is also transported to the filter press through the transfer pump for processing. If the treatment is not urgent, it can be transported to the sewage tank for temporary storage.

 

The water separated by air flotation overflows to the precipitation tank, and the water after precipitation is transported to the ozone reaction tower through the transfer pump, and the ozone produced by the ozone generator enters the ozone tower together. After ozone oxidation removes iron and manganese ions in the water, it also has a sterilization effect. The treated water overflows to the water storage tank.

 

The filtration system is divided into coarse filtration and fine filtration. The water is sent to the coarse filter by the transfer pump to filter the coarse particles. The water continues to enter the softening tank with the pressure of the pump for softening, and then enters the two-stage fine filtration (bag type). Filtration) to filter particles larger than 5μ. The treated water is transported to the clean water tank for transportation or re-injection

 

The bottom sand of the oil-water separator, the scum of the air flotation tank and the bottom sand are transported to the storage tank in the filter press skid or the sewage tank, and are sent to the filter press for treatment by the lift pump, and the filter press presses the solid residue into The mud cake is convenient for delivery, and the filtered water is transported back to the original liquid tank through a water pump for recirculation treatment.
