MG4 shale shaker can be widely used in HDD, water well drilling, shadow drilling, and other drillings which need a small treating capacity. After the new mini shaker is developed, there are many customers showed their interest. Before they have to use a bigger shaker 3-panel Hunter-MG3 or even a 4-panel Hunter-D3. These shakers can treat the drilling mud better because of their huge treating capacity, but it is a waste of money.

For the shaker motors, we use the famous brand Martin/OLI/Ital-vibras. Some clients request a higher configuration level. Then the motors will be Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High-quality motors will help much with stable performance and good results.

The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screwing the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise

Based on different requirements of the job site the shaker can be made as dual tandem and triple tandem, too. The G force of the motor can be adjusted according to practical demand. Hunter-D series shaker is easy to operate and maintain. The screen panels are convenient to install and replace. We just need to knock out the wedge block and pull the panels out of the deck, then put on the new panels to be used and put on the wedges there, knock them tight and ensure no loss. Thus screen will not move to the deck or the shaker basket user will get good performance. Based on different requests of individual clients the shakers can be fitted with 3 or 4 panels of the screen holding different treating capacities.
