503/504 Shale Shaker Revised Solids Control Equipment Mud Shakers Screen

AIPU Solids Control uses only the highest quality materials in the manufacturing of the 503 (3-panel) and 504 (4-panel) – the most powerful and versatile shale shaker in the world today. The single-side tensioning system shortens screen panel replacement time to less than one
minute per panel and can be configured for operation on either the left or right side. All 503 and 504 linear motion shale shakers are powered by two long vibrating motors which enable the 504 to operate at a continuous 7.3 G’s and the 503 at 7.0 G’s. This increase in G’s at the screen surface dramatically improves the conveyance rate of a shale shaker, enabling maximum cuttings removal efficiency.

For the shaker motors, we use the famous brand Martin/OLI/Ital-vibras. Some clients request a higher configuration level. Then the motors will be Ital-Vibras imported from Italy. High-quality motors will help much on stable performance and good results.

The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screwing the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise

Based on different requirements of the job site the shaker can be made as dual tandem and triple tandem, too. The G force of the motor can be adjusted according to practical demand. It's easy to achieve. The higher vibration strength will lead to less flow rate but a better drying effect and better performance.

Hunter-D series shaker is easy to operate and maintain. The screen panels are convenient to install and replace. We just need to knock out the wedge block and pull the panels out of the deck, then put on the new panels to be used and put on the wedges there, knock them tight and ensure no loss. Thus screen will not move to the deck or the shaker basket user will get good performance. Based on different requests of individual clients the shakers can be fitted with 3 or 4 panels of the screen holding different treating capacities.
