Shearing pumps can be set alone on a mud tank or together with a mixing hopper to be the jet shearing pumps. We have introduced this in mixing hopper pumps. The special design on the shearing pump is the impeller. There are sharp teeth knives at the impeller edge/side. This design will help the user to get the complete sheared materials for drilling mud. When we combine the shear pump and the mixing hopper, that means the common centrifugal pump head is replaced by a shearing pump head holding the special impeller.
