Drilling Shale Shaker Hunter-MG4 with SS Shaker Screen to Separate Particle 2-5mm

Recently, we AIPU solids control designs and manufacture one shale shaker fitted with stainless steel screens for an environmental company. The particle size needs to separate is 2-5mm.

The deck angle can be adjusted easily by just screw the nut on the jackscrew. And angle should be adjusted according to actual working conditions. For example, when we need a high flow rate we need to make a deck with a small minus angle or in parallel to the ground. If we need better filtration or more dry solids, please make a deck with an uphill angle. The rotation can be clockwise or anti-clockwise

Common screen of Hunter-MG4 shaker

The common screen of shaker Hunter-MG4 is the composite frame 585x1165mm. Screening size is usually 0.25mm or finer. It's widely used in oil and gas drilling. API size from 40 to 325 for option. The screen can be also designed to dual deck for higher treating capacity against the special requirements.

2. Drilling shale shaker is installed with AIPU self-produced composite frame shaker screen.
3. Vibration motor: IEC Ex, ATEX, and UL certified according to customer requirements.
4. Material: Q235B from BAOSTEEL for the body, and compound rubber spring used to reduce vibration.
5. The shaker deck is completely processed by heating treatment to bear the vibration force.
6. Flexible feeding type including weir feed, top feed, and hopper feed for different applications.
