Why use drilling mud agitators

Drilling mud agitators are popular auxiliary equipment used in drilling mud system. In the oilfield, mud tanks are the platform for a whole solids control system. On tanks, there are shakers, mud cleaner, centrifuge, pumps, agitators, and so on

Mud tanks are used to reserve drilling fluids. During whole well drilling, we need drilling mud and we maintain and process drilling mud for better property and save drilling cost. Mud Agitator Options

Horizontal worm gear type agitator, this is the most popular agitator used in oil and gas mud tank because it’s cost-effective. There are coupler options for agitators to protect gear or options without a coupler for saving cost.

Horizontal bevel gear type agitator, this is a very good option for larger torque and minimum footprint. The bevel gear is much higher torque compares to the worm gear. Better performance, higher cost.

The vertical agitator is well used for a vertical tank with a small footprint but a higher height.

AIPU supply mud agitator for the above options as per buyer’s request and cost budget. Other than an agitator, AIPU supply a series of equipment for mud tank or a whole tank with all tank attachment.

How to select a mud agitator?

According to mud tank specification and drilling mud property(volume, dimension, SG)
Confirm the exact model and quantity we need (usually 3 meters per set)
Confirm the detail specs of impeller and shaft per tank size(tank height/depth)
To check which type reducer you prefer(Helical worm, helical bevel)
Other special requirements (Reduce ratio, installation position, color)

What do buyers need to do?

1. Please provide the original brand, model, and drawing number of accessories of the equipment you are using. If you do not know the specific name of the accessories of the wellhead equipment or tools, you can provide the pictures as the supporting evidence, and we will transfer them to the technology department for verification.

2. We will reply within 1 hour after receiving your inquiry for wellhead equipment or tools accessories, and offer you in the next day.

3. Please provide office word format, Not JPG pictures. We need to translate them into
Chinese. If it is JPG format, the quotation time will be extended by 1-2 days. Try to provide
the original bidding document as a reference. If there is any doubt, we will mark it to
facilitate you to check the name and size of the real wellhead tools accessories.

4. If you need accurate weight and size, please indicate them in the mail together, and we will provide CIF price to facilitate your freight calculation.

5. For wellhead equipment accessories, we provide export fumigation free wood packaging, and the cylinder liner is frame packaging. If you need iron box packaging, please inform in advance.

About the seller: what should we do?

2. Before prepaying 70% of the final payment, we provide the pictures of the official goods. 4. The warranty period for rubber parts is one year. Please open the box for use as soon as possible within one year. Other iron accessories can be stored for 2-3 years, but we suggest you use them as soon as possible. The warranty period is one year.
