Breif of flare ignition device

The flare ignition device is used to process tail gas and gas from poor boy degasser. Usually flare ignition is oerated with mud gas separator (poor boy degasser). They are used together to process the toxic gas. The flare ignitor is a security equipment. We also treat it as environment protection equipment. It burns harmful gas to eliminate the harm to the environment.

Why do we need the APFI flare ignition device?

The flare ignition device is used to light the waste gas in the oil and gas industry. It is connected with poor boy degasser, which separates gas from drilling mud and vent gas to flare ignition device

Burn the harmful or poisonous gas by igniter will eliminate threats to environment and safety. Every flare ignition device will be operated together with mud gas separator. They will be connected with the vent line or gas discharge line. They are widely used in oil and gas drilling.

Main Specification Of Flare Ignition Device

Model name of AIPU flare ignition device is APFI20/3. The model name including AP for company name in short, 20 for torch diameter and 3 for flare height.

The torch diameter of flare ignition equipment is 200mm size and burn height is 3m for safety and convenient operation.

The working voltage is 220V and ignition voltage reaches to 16Kv and ignition frequency reaches 100 to 1000 per minute.

There is a back valve for gas entrance to avoid gas back flow while ignition and burning to keep sure safe burning.

What are the types of flare ignition device?

Based on the installation way, there are vertical type and horizontal type. That means the torch port direction is parallel to the ground or normal to the ground.

Based on the fuel material, there are LNG flare ignition device or the diesel flare ignitor. Considering the power supply, there are the electrical gas flame and the solar gas flame.

There are the fixed control panel and the remote control gas flame. Besides the above division, we can customize the gas flame according to the user and the practical working condition. Such as we made the extrah gas flame for an oil drilling company. The overall height is about 5m.
