Dual-deck shale shaker equipped with composite replacement screens takes the solids control process to new levels of efficiency. The extended useful life of composite screens in tandem with the higher capacity of a dual-bed, flat-deck shaker assures a cost-effective and high performing solids control package.

Shaker screensfor this dual tandem double decked shaker are composite framed. They are interchangeable with OEM Mongoose series screen. They are more durable and reliable compared with the steel framed ones. Client has received the shaker and expressed their appreciation on our shakers. The general comments to us is higher than to their previous supplier
The tandem shale shaker is to put 2 unit single shale shakers on one skid. Normally these two unit shale shakers are completely the same to ensure easy operation and maintenance in the future.
1. Tandem shale shaker could be used flexibly as per the drilling fluids flow rate. For the drilling site, mostly two units of shale shakers are needed. Sometimes one shaker is working while the other is standby; sometimes both of the two shakers will work at full capacity.
2. As the tandem shale shakers are mounted on the same one skid. For site installation and dismounting, only need to use a crane to lift the whole skid to put on a tank top or take it off from the tank.
3. Convenient transportation. In designing and manufacturing the mounted skid, with consideration of easily putting on a flatbed trailer, the skid is made with container type fixing points.
