What detailed specification of Hunter-MG4 shale shaker?

Hunter-MG4 shale shaker is a linear motion shaker and its capacity is over 600GPM. When operating a shaker in daily work the shaking force of vibrators is up to 7.0G. The feeder box is top open with the cover bolted well. But the inlet port is usually at the box wall center but close to the bottom. There is a division line at the feeder box base and controlled by a hand brake butterfly valve. The division line helps much on flow direction control, especially when we need to change the screens

Hunter-MG4 shale shaker is the 4-panel screen shaker. It's a single deck and single base shaker. However, it can be made as to the dual tandem and the triple tandem shaker. It also can be set together with the Hunter series mud cleaner. Hunter-MG4 shaker holding screen area about 2.73㎡. And the screen panels are fit by the wedge block for convenient installation and replacement on screens.

Screen panels for Hunter-MG4 are framed type. They can be steel frames and composite frames. The color of the screen panels can be yellow, green, and orange. Usually, the motors are Martin brand, while some are OLI or Ital-Vibras brand according to clients' preference and actual demand. The shaker deck angle adjustment is ranged -1~+5°. During operation, the deck angle is adjusted accordingly based on drilling mud condition, the condition of the cutting, and the flow rate situation

Hunter-MG4 shale shaker flow rate

It's up to 660GPM. The high efficiency and the great separation effect surprise many clients. The flow rate means the capability the shaker can handle in one hour without mud loss or overflow. So when we run the shaker, there will be different condition requests shaker adjustment on deck angle or screen size

The uphill angle will help to get discharge drier, the downhill angle will help to get the flow rate increased since the mudflow velocity is higher.

Other design or option on Hunter-MG4 shaker

We treat the Hunter-MG4 shale shaker as the original and initial shaker. Then there are many different options on different aspects. Such as the shaker deck, which can be a double deck. We call the single base double-decked shaker as Hunter-MG8. The Hunter-MG4 shaker can be dual motion we call it Hunter-MGD. That means the shaker same appearance and general design but holding dual vibration mode. Then, if 2 sets of shaker Hunter-MG4 made as dual tandem we call it Hunter-MG4x2. 

Another different design is the feeder box inlet port position. We usually set it on the bottom side close to the feeder box base. But it can be set at the center or higher according to the client's preference. Of course, the internal structure may vary if necessary.

We provide customized options on color, too. According to our record recently, most of our clients select AIPU cyan. It's rather marked and beautiful. For screen panels, we can make them steel frames or composite frames. If clients request, they can be the corrugated pattern.
